When pet owners don’t want their pets anymore, they decide to leave them usually on roads where there aren’t many vehicles or people.
Recently, a dog owner decided to abandon his pet and tie it to an electrical cord. This means the owner did this on purpose and aware that the dog couldn’t find food or water. It’s one of the cruelest things to do to an innocent animal. The dog was tied up so tight, it could have been strangled.
Fortunately, a man noticed the poor dog when he was on his way to work. According to reports, the dog was left on the side of a road interstate overpass near Missouri.

David Fredman is the hero who stopped his car when he saw the poor stood, tied to some kind of a power box. He noticed the cord was strangling the dog, who was barely touching the ground with his feet. The dog was unable to move his head as well.
Luckily, Fredman called the police about the poor animal before he cut the cord with a knife. However, the dog couldn’t breathe or even walk.
Finally, the dog was reunited with his owner Dee Vaughn, who is now determined to find who is responsible for this cruel act. He even invited Fredman to his home to properly thank him for finding and saving his dog.
Fredman is a true hero! There aren’t many people in the world that would have noticed the poor dog, let alone stopped their car to save him.
