Meet Carrot, a handsome orange cat who recently became famous on social media after sticking his paw into a fridge.
Rachel Zardus and Andrew Taylor are the owners of Carrot. The happy family lives in Maryland. A good friend of the couple found him as a kitten at a gas station. When Zardus and Taylor took the orange feline in to foster him. However, they quickly fell in love with Carrot so they ended up adopting him soon after.
Neither of them has ever had a cat before. When they got the orange kitty, Zardus really wanted to name him Carrot. As he pointed out, it seemed like a good name for a cat who has a big personality.

Carrot is also a smart cat who is obsessed with playing. However, sometimes his playful spirit causes trouble. His new favorite game is to stick his paw through the space between the fridge and its door and grab whatever he can reach.
The couple shared the picture on Carrot’s Instagram and the Cats Are Assholes subreddit. However, it went viral after many people reshared the picture across the Internet and reached millions of views and likes. Now, the orange feline is famous, but he has no idea.

This sign is a joke, so no need to worry about anything. Zardus and Taylor have never closed the fridge door while Carrot’s paw was in there.
Carrot loves food, especially human food. Taylor once caught him eating her yogurt.
