In order to stop the coronavirus from spreading, many governments decided to lockdown their countries, including airports. It’s a fact that the coronavirus, which originated in Wuhan, China has affected our lives.
It’s been confirmed that COVID-19 has already spread through Asia, Europe, Africa, North America, South America, Australia, and Oceania. There are 1,346,974 confirmed cases and 74,702 deaths of COVID-19. High fatalities from the coronavirus will continue around the world. Both, quarantines and preventive measures vary from country to country.
A lot of major events around the world have been canceled or postponed due to the coronavirus. It’s been also recommended to cancel private events and gatherings of 10 people or more. This means everybody who planned their wedding in 2020 will have to postpone it or cancel it completely.

Chanel Hason and Mike Beechler were forced to cancel their destination wedding due to COVID-19. The couple thought it was the right decision after two of their closest guests announced they couldn’t come.
Instead, the couple had a courthouse marriage on March 25th, but without the celebration ceremony. Right after their marriage, they went to a local shelter and adopted 2 bonded cats.
The couple met at a party on January 11th, 2017. They even shared a magical bonding moment while participating in a snowball fight. At the end of the year, they started dating. The last two years have been really specials for them: in 2018 they bought a new house and in 2019 they got engaged. They planned their wedding for a year. But, they had no luck this year to get married in Mexico.
