Not every pet owners are willing to keep their pets for life. Once they don’t like their pets anymore, they try to get rid of them no matter what. Sadly, the number of abandoned animals increases almost every day.
Animals are left to die on the streets without any food or water. Some of the pet owners even came up with a way to tie the poor animals to ensure they die soon.
We have previously reported about an abandoned dog chained to a fence while nursing her newborn babies. Two months ago, a pit bull was left tied to a tree with a note. Another dog has been tied up to a power box so tight, he was struggling to breathe.

Now, another dog tied up to a tree was found in Denver, Colorado during a thunderstorm. Fortunately, one woman spotted the dog and didn’t want to leave him there during the horrible weather condition.
Casey Boatman, the woman’s neighbor, was looking out her from the window when she noticed that someone left a dog tied to a tree. It has been already raining and the poor dog was soaking wet. He was left without any food or shelter and he couldn’t move at all. It was certain that his life would come to its seen soon.
Fortunately, another woman spotted the dog and went to save him. She couldn’t leave him outside during the storm.
When Casey saw what the woman was doing, he took out his camera and recorded his neighbor bringing the dog inside during the storm. Finally, the dog was in a safe place and avoided certain death.
Fortunately, there are still kind people in the world! We are grateful that the dog is safe now and away from the previous cruel owner.
