It appears that the newest trend was set up by meteorologists. They started using their pets as a part of the weather forecast.
We recently reported about Betty the weather cat, who decided to join her dad’s show. Her dad is Jeff Lyons, a meteorologist from Indiana, who was forced to report about the daily forecast from his dining room.
Also, there was Brody, the Golden Retriever, who walked into a weather forecast. Paul Dellegatto, Brody’s dad, works as the meteorologist from Fox News 13. Although he apologized for his dog’s mischief, viewers loved watching Brody during the forecast.
Betty and Brody were the ones who decided to barge in during a weather forecast. Now, meteorologist Karen Rogers decided to introduce the latest addition to her family to her viewers. Meet Bella the puppy!

The puppy is just 8 weeks old. The lab mix is a little bit shy about being on camera. Karen and her family got their latest addition from a New Jersey shelter this week.
It was Bella’s first night at her new loving home. Since she was crying, her family was forced to take turns sleeping by her crate.
During the weather forecast, Bella wasn’t too much into Karen. The dog even whimpered when Karen said there will be storms this Thursday. However, she noted that the puppy just like the rest of us will enjoy it when the weather is warmer and sunnier. The puppy will get the opportunity to play in the grass.
This isn’t the family’s first rescue dog. It’s actually their fourth! However, Karen said that she and her family have forgotten how little they are at first.
Viewers even gave Karen a piece of advice on how to ease Bella’s anxiety. The family also has another dog named Lacey who is 9 years old. He already got used to the new puppy.
