Dogs are the most loyal and loving creatures. Sometimes they can act like little children. If you take your time to teach them right from wrong, they will behave very well.
However, some dog owners don’t realize this and expect their dogs to behave as perfect pets without investing any time in them. They even punish their pets for the weirdest reasons.
One sweet dog recently thought that soiling in the house is a great idea. However, his owner didn’t share the same opinion and decided to punish him for doing something unthinkable.
Although dog training would have helped in this situation, the owner decided to punish the dog by tying him to a window grille with a short rope. The sight of the poor animal dangling by its neck was really terrifying.

The dog was so scared, he wouldn’t stop barking. The poor creature was hoping that someone would hear him and help him get out of the tough situation. The rope was so short and the dog couldn’t even lie down, so he had to stand on his feet all day. This unfortunate incident happened in Guangzhou, China, where dogs aren’t treated with any respect.

Fortunately, a neighbor saw the struggling dog and he alerted a local animal right group. They immediately came to rescue the poor dog.
It was clear that the dog was already punished in the same manner before. The owners didn’t really take care of him, they even left him without any food or water in a few days.
When the owner saw the volunteers, he began arguing with them. The man even pointed out that the dog deserved the cruel punishment. Although he refused to give them the dog, the rescuers took him eventually.
Laws in China don’t really protect dogs from being neglected so the cruel owner will not be facing any charges.
