The incident took place at 5:30 a.m. on July 1. The Halifax Regional Police were called to the 600 blocks of Windmill Road, Dartmouth, in connection with a physical altercation between four women.

The altercation erupted after two women in one vehicle collided with two other women in a separate vehicle in connection with the fact that they were apparently cut off from the plant.

Police arrived at the scene, but those involved in the incident reportedly refused to file charges of assault.

Two videos taken at the scene began circulating on social media shortly after the altercation. The first video shows the quarrel erupting, with one driver shouting through the window at the other before the altercation became physical.

Police were called to the scene that day where they inspected the two dogs in one vehicle and found out that they appeared to be in good health.

The second video, taken by a random driver behind the other driver, shows one driver grabbing the other pet dog by the lead, pulling it toward his vehicle around his neck.

The dog owner tries to follow her to get the dog back. However, the first driver can then be seen waving to the little dog with his guidance, using the frightened pet as a weapon to hit his owner’s head.

Fortunately, the frightened owner manages to save the puppy while the other driver turns his neck roughly and uses it as a weapon to attack her.

The Halifax Regional Police is continuing its investigation into the dog’s harassment and is urging citizens to report any such incidents where the animals have been mistreated by humans.
