A family found their lovely dog dead in their backyard in Ohio. Sounds terrible, right? It gets even more terrible because the dog was actually killed and beheaded.
Now, the family seeks justice and wants to find the person who is responsible for this vicious crime.
The East Palestine Police Department revealed that on Jan. 3 the owner called them to report that her dog Trouble was missing. She let her dog out in her backyard and when she went out to bring him back in the house, he wasn’t there.
The owner’s son called authorities again two days later. However, instead of saying that they found their beloved pet, he reported a horrifying crime. Someone killed the dog during the night, his head was cut off and he was left in the backyard.

One person commented on the page: “I hope you catch whoever did this to that poor dog and its family.”
Another one wrote: “This crime is personal. Either to that dog or to the family who owns it. This was done by someone who lives close enough to get there quickly from where they took the dog to do this.”
Yet another one wrote: “The person who did this needs help. Today a dog, tomorrow a child. If you know anything please come forward. This person is a danger to society.”
Police have asked the public to help in this case. The Crimestoppers of Youngstown and concerned citizens have already raised $10,000 as a reward for information regarding the case.
How can someone do something so cruel? What could have the dog possibly done to upset the person who killed and beheaded him?
