Five kind and caring women from Weinan, China, wake up every morning at four in the morning and feed 1,300 starving dogs. They save lives.
The main goal that these women have is to feed over 1,300 hungry dogs and save their lives.
Six years ago, Wang Yanfang opened a shelter just for dogs. She wasn’t aware that her decision would become such a huge responsibility. However, now Yanfang and her friends make more than 400 kilos of dog food, just for breakfast.
These heroic women know that without their help, these dogs may end up on the streets or even worse. Although the group consists of women who are all around 60 and 70 years old, they work non-stop to take care of all the dogs.
They also look after the dogs, groom them, and shower them with love and affection.

What a fun job! They get to spend their days around dogs. However, not all of the dogs are friendly, especially when they went through such a rough time on the streets.
The courageous ladies also take care of dogs that aren’t social, highly aggressive and afraid of people. Sometimes the dogs bit them or can’t handle a big dog.
Even so, the ladies are optimistic, and ready for action every single morning. They don’t let a few scratches and bites to stop them from their amazing mission and stay devoted to their sweet dogs.
The ladies save countless dogs’ lives every year. If they don’t take these dogs in, many of them ould have been euthanized.
The shelter is funded by donations, so the dogs depend on goodwill and donations every day. The local community helps the ladies by donating money and offering support.
Yanfang loves her big furry family so much. She is sad when she is away from them, even if it’s for a short time. These women are so devoted to their dogs, they even spent their New Year’s eve with them.
These women are the real heroes who save dogs on a daily basis!
