Dogs can be incredibly smart, no matter if they are strays or indoor. I believe many of you have seen strays waiting at the traffic light just like humans, or crossing strictly on a cross walk. I know I have witnessed many times when a stray dog would wait for the light to turn green in order to cross the street, even when some humans failed to do so and crossed on red.
Well, the following story is a but more unusual than a dog crossing strictly on green light. It happened in Cariacica, the state of Espírito Santo, Brazil. A security footage shows a stray coming at the steps outside a vet clinic and lays there. When a vet named João Áureo Rodrigues de Oliveira came out to check on her, he realized the pup was ready to give birth!
Without any hesitation, the vet took her in and helped her to safely deliver six adorable puppies! He even named her Amiga (friend)!
But, that’s not the only thing that makes this situation so peculiar. The father of the puppies actually waited in front of the clinic! So, you have two dogs, so incredibly smart, that one knew where to go in times of need, while the other knew the role it was supposed to play – a caring father!
