We can not treat pets like toys, or cell phones that get bored quickly, these innocent creatures have come a long way to be housed by owners who will truly adore them.
The streets are increasingly crowded with abandoned puppies that have been interesting for some time and are now mercilessly abandoned. People who do not know how to take care of animals it’s better not to house them.

The event was recorded on August 15 in Fontibón, a suburb of a Bogotá. In the video, the dog can be seen standing on the side of the car, after being thrown on the side of the city street.
Shortly afterward, the male driver allegedly fenced off the car engine and drove off, until a confused animal ran after him, wondering where his owner was going.
While the dog is chasing the car, a passer-by tries to whistle the driver to no avail. The footage was cut shortly after someone in the background said look, watching the abandoned poor dog running after the vehicle on the road.
After this video came out, the internet caused the lava of comments. The video sparked outrage on social media, in which one user commented that he did not want to harm anyone but hoped that someone would steal SOB’s car.
Other users were interested in finding out if the dog was well, and even offered to help and take care if needed. However, it is not clear what happened to the dog after it was abandoned, and local animal welfare groups have yet to comment on the incident.
Fortunately, the puppy is now in the care of Southwest Washington Humane Society and the owner who left it on the road has been quoted as cruel to animals, according to Clark County Animal Welfare and Control.
