While many of us wouldn’t feel comfortable being around large wild animals, sometimes they show us that they can be as gentle and affectionate as many other animals that we’re used to in our surroundings. Such is the case with this adorable momma bear who decided to thank her fellow humans after they showed kindness towards her and her cubs.
Being a resident in Nashville, North Carolina, it’s a normal occurrence to see a black bear in your back yard scavenging for food. When Patrick Conley noticed one momma bear frequently visiting his back yard, he was more than happy to let the wild animal do its thing. And he even gave the bear a name – Simone!
But, one day after being absent for a while, Simone surprised Patrick. She came back with her cubs! 
After being so kind to her, Simone decided it’s time for Patrick and his family to meet her younglings. And it was certainly a very touching and an emotional moment for Conley as he adores animals! Luckily for the rest of us, he managed to catch the beautiful moment on camera and share it with us!
“The cubs are the cutest things to ever have walked these woods, but then I’m kind of biased,” he said.
Simone even climbed the porch steps to let Conley know she’s here and ready to meet him with her cubs!
