Meet Tucson Prime, the most recent employee at Hyundai prime dealership. The dog was a stray but he managed to show up at the right place and the right time.
When he first showed up at the dealership, the staff let him hang around. They thought he was going to move on, but he decided to stay. Instead of shooing him away, the staff let Tucson Prime stay at the dealership. They hired him to greet the customers and even gave him an ID card.
Even though he was hired in May, Tucson’s story went viral recently after the official handle of Hyundai Brazil shared a picture of him on Instagram. The caption read ‘pawfessional consultant’. Their original plan was to provide Tucson a shelter, but he was so good while interacting with the customers which earned him a promotion!

Showroom manager Emerson Mariano said that the feedback for Tucson’s customer service has been very positive. Even the organization’s environment was changed due to the dog’s caring nature.
Many of the customers who already purchased cars decided to return just so they can see Tucson once again and give him gifts.
The manager decided to let the dog inside during one rainy night. He felt so bad for the stray so he invited the pooch inside and gave him food and water. Mariano quickly got attached to the dog. Instead of letting him go, Mariano proposed to the board to adopt Tucson as a mascot.
The company has been pet friendly since forever so the board quickly agreed. After Tucson’s adoption, he was taken to a vet where he received all the necessary vaccinations. He became a real member of the team. What makes this story even greater is that he will be starring in Hyundai’s national ad campaign.
Social media users are so happy for Tucson, some of then even wrote they want a test drive with him.
