Not all animal owners love their pets. Some of them can dump their pet like it’s garbage.
There are some cases where pet owners can no longer take care of their animals, so they decide to dump their pets and leaving them without any food and water.
Recently, a dog was dumped along with her nine newborn puppies in a parking lot of a church in Abilene, Texas.
The 5-year-old boxer mix has recently given birth and the puppies were around 2 weeks old. All of them were dumped and left without any food and water.
Someone took a picture of the mama dog and her babies and shared it on social media. In the post, it was asked for someone to foster them. Many animal lovers were shocked and offered to help the dog and her puppies.

When staff from the Paw Angel Animal Rescue read the appeal, they immediately knew they have to help the dog and her pups.
Misty Boerger and Angel Urban drove to the dog and her puppies and took them. They couldn’t believe that someone could abandon them just like that.
The mom dog was named Dory. She was immediately taken to a vet along with her pups. Dory had several open wounds that were draining. The vet found a tumor in one of the pup’s throats and unfortunately, he had to be put down.
Misty and Angel realized that the puppies will need constant care in order to survive. Misty decided to take them in for a few weeks to give them the necessary attention.
After a few weeks at Misty, the puppies will be spayed and neutered, then placed for adoption. She also asked for donations to help the dog family.
She set up a Facebook page named “From Dumped to Diva: Dory’s story”. The mom dog looks like a totally different dog compared to the state when she was found.
