Dogs are the most owned pets around the world. They are known as the man’s best friend. Although people love these loyal creatures, the same statement doesn’t apply to all pet owners. Some of them don’t know how to properly take care of dogs or just simply don’t care about their wellbeing.
Recently, Christopher Clark from Tamarac, Florida was the witness of something very disturbing outside an insurance agency. A man was running with his dog, but it was obvious that the pup collapsed and fell on the sidewalk.
Although it was obvious that the dog was exhausted and didn’t feel really well, his owner didn’t want to help him or give him any water. But, that’s not all. When Christopher and his brother offered the man water for his dog, he refused to take it.
Then, Christopher recorded a video of the tired and dehydrated dog. He also yelled at the ignorant owner for not allowing the dog to drink some water.

According to reports, the man was running 6 miles in 84-degree heat. One media source managed to contact the man about the incident. However, he defended himself, saying that the dog was not “in the proper place” to drink water.
Clark threatened the heartless owner that he would share the video on social media. Nonetheless, someone in a car picked the man and his exhausted dog up and drove away.
The unfortunate incident was reported to the Broward Sheriff’s Office. After he did a wellness check, he saw that there aren’t any state statute violations.

This is not the way that an animal should be treated. The video proves that not every man can take care of an animal.
