A birdwatcher who was doing his own thing NYC’s Central Park politely asked a dog walker to put her pet on a leash.

Although the park is full of signs indicating that dogs must be leashed, the woman didn’t take in the kindly suggestion. The owner didn’t want to follow any rules. So, the birdwatcher raged the dog owner after he started filming their exchange.

The birdwatcher asked the woman very calmly not to come close to him, but the woman threatened him and asked him to stop filming. She dragged the dog around by his collar and even lifted the animal off the ground. The poor dog is clearly struggling to breathe, but his owner doesn’t care at all.

Then the woman said that she will call the cops and tell them that the birdwatcher has been threatening her. He calmly told her to call them and then continued to film her. Then, the woman called 911 as she continued to drag her poor dog and even strangled him. She falsely claimed that an African-American has been threatening her and her dog.
