Recently, one young boy from Canada received some good news. His parents told him that he could have a pet, but he will choose it from a local animal shelter named Exploits Valley SPCA. He was hesitating between a cat and a puppy. However, his final choice really surprised the Internet. who praised him with comments on a Facebook post.
Easton went to the animal shelter to get a new pet. His choice was narrowed down to a cat and a puppy. Although most people would choose a puppy, this young boy shocked everyone by picking up a huge, orange, elderly cat. After his choice was shared on Facebook, numerous social media users praised the kid for his choice.

Exploits Valley is an animal protection organization, which is located in Grand Falls-Windsor, Canada. They protect neglected, abused, and stray animals.
Two cats named Tiny and Trinity were recently brought to the shelter. Their owner decided to leave them there due to unfortunate circumstances.
The shelter shared pictures of the cats on Facebook in order to try to find them new homes. However, they knew it would be very difficult because the cats were older and Tiny was even overweight.
Although both cats lived in the same home, they didn’t really bond, so it was okay for them to be adopted in separated homes. It was a matter of time when they would be adopted.
When the little boy visited the shelter with his mom, he instantly made a connection with the overweight, senior cat. It was that moment when it became official for Tiny to go into a new home.
When Easton and his mom were driving back home, they let Tiny out of his cage. He immediately wanted to bond and snuggle with his new owners. Although his previous owner abandoned him, Tiny was incredibly thankful for his new home.
