Cruelty has been in existence for ages between humans, this is not even surprising. What is beyond wicked, though, is to see humans hurting harmless animals. This particular situation is a case of ‘evil, wickedness, aggression’ towards animals.

This psychopath wrapped the newborn puppies and threw them by the roadside while on motion. He left these puppies to their fates, to be saved or crushed by other moving vehicles.

Sadly, one of them died, it didn’t survive the cruelty. It had died on the busy freeway before getting to the hospital. But the other siblings are in the hospital and being bottle-fed.
