Cats and dogs are known for not getting along and they are usually described as enemies. However, that is not always the case and this story is a great example of that.
When a dog saw a cat stuck in the water, he immediately jumped in to save the drowning animal.
Instead of leaving the cat to die, this loving dog was more than happy to help a cat in trouble. The brave dog immediately jumped into action and saved the cat from drowning. Fortunately, the entire incident was caught on camera and later it was shared on social media. Many people saw the video of the hero dog and praised him for his selfless act.
Even though there are many stories of dogs and cats not getting along, but there are also examples of these animals being good friends.

The dog convinced the cat to jump on his back. Even though there are stereotypes of dogs and cats being sworn enemies, this cat was aware that it should trust the dog to get it to safety.
The dog than paddled to dry land! The cat was in shock after it detached from the hero dog and then quickly run away.
Although the cat didn’t express any gratitude, we believe he’s very thankful for the rescue.
