Photographers have one of the most incredible jobs, especially those who take pictures of wildlife. It’s amazing to capture an animal in its natural habitat.

Meet Tobias Baumgaertner, a talented photographer from Melbourne, Australia. He managed to capture a fascinating photo of two widowed penguins comforting each other on a beach last year.

However, he didn’t post the picture immediately. He was waiting for the right moment to share the picture recently. According to the responses he got, Tobias did the right thing.

He recently uploaded the lovely picture on his Instagram account. In the caption, the Aussie photographer explained that he captured the picture one year ago. When he saw the two Fairy penguins overlooking the skyline for hours, he knew he had to capture the moment.

However, he didn’t know that both penguins lost their partners recently. They meet on a regular basis. So, in the picture, there are an elderly lady penguin and a younger male comforting each other during difficult times.

Tobias spent 3 nights with the penguin colony in order to take the picture. It was really hard to capture them because the penguins were continuously moving. However, he got lucky and took a picture of a beautiful moment. He hopes everyone enjoys the moment just like he did.

It’s amazing how these two lovebirds are caring for each other and stand out from the colony. It appears that pain brought them together. This couple can teach us that you can find love when you least expect it.

The photo will inspire you to appreciate your loved ones and it shows that despite all the hard things in life, love can be found again.
